What is it?

The Full Plate Group Program is an 8-week, weight management program. Instead of the common restrictions and calorie counting in most diets, The FullPlate Group Program will show you how to FILL your plate with real foods that nourish your mind and body. Our in-person program offers food tastings, a supermarket tour, learning how to read labels, stress control for weight management, and physical activity. The program is also offered completely online.

The concept is simple, adding more fiber foods to your plate which are rich in fiber and nutrients, but naturally lower in calories – so you can feel satisfied and still manage and lose weight.

It is not a fad diet or a crash diet. It is a lifestyle change program, which means that any changes you make will be sustainable over the long term. The program goes through describing what champion foods are, in terms of fiber content and how to incorporate them in your day-to-day life. We also share recipes and devise strategies on how to eat out and entertain others with foods that are nourishing and delicious.

The FPD program also aids in the prevention of diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, stroke, and some cancers.
